Experience and competencies
- Through knowledge of principles and practices of human resource management
- Through knowledge of HRM and Administration Operating policies and procedures of the Company
- Considerable Knowledge of Organizational dynamic and microfinance business
- Considerable knowledge of labor law, financial Industrial governing laws ,policies and procedures
- Good oral and writing communication skill
- Ability to coordinating teams and maintain harmonious human relations Basic Computer application skills
