Education:BA/MA in Human Resource Management/Management or related

Experience:12/10 Years of relevant experience of which 4 in managerial level

Experience and competencies

• Through knowledge of principles and practices of human resource management
• Through knowledge of HRM and Administration Operating policies and procedures of the Company
• Considerable Knowledge of Organizational dynamic and microfinance business
• Considerable knowledge of labor law, financial Industrial governing laws ,policies and procedures
• Good oral and writing communication skill
• Ability to coordinating teams and maintain harmonious human relations Basic Computer application skills
