Experience:Minimum 11 years of relevant work experience ,out of which at least 3 years in a managerial position

• Through knowledge of principles and practices of human resource management
• Through Knowledge of HRM and Administration Operating policies and procedures of the Company
• Considerable knowledge of organizational dynamics and insurance business
