BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION: The USAID Project Management Specialist (HIV/AIDS Prevention) will be directly supervised by the USAID Project Management Specialist (Deputy HIV/AIDS Team Leader). The position will serve as the expert in HIV/AIDS prevention, providing technical leadership in this field.
