Job Requirement 

Education፡BSC Degree in Civil Engineering COTM or related field

Experience:5 Years and above work experience in building  projects (High rise building experience is preferable)

  • 3 years’ experience as resident engineer in managing of administering of building construction projects

Description

  • Lead and coordinate tasks according to their priorities and plans
  • Prepare and present suitable space following design of the building
  • Follow up every task is proceeding to the plan and immediately report to site engineer when unplanned tasks are observed
  • Select and Allocate manpower needed for every project tasks
  • Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew
  • Allocate general and daily responsibilities
  • Ensure manpower and other resources are adequate
