Education & Experience: 2ኛ ዲግሪ ወይም መጀመሪያ ዲግሪ በኮምፒውተር ሳይንስ፣በኢንፎርሜሽን ቴክኖሎጂ ፣በኢንፎርሜሽን ሳይንስ፣በኮምፒውተር ኢንጅነሪንግ ወይም ተዘማጅ የትምህርት መስክ የተመረቀ/ች እና እንደቅደም ተከተላቸው 2 ዓመት ወይም 4ዓመት አግባብ ያለው የሥራ ልምድ ያለው/ያላት
