• Assist prepares project resource monitoring and evaluation plan
• Involve on project plan preparation
• Continuously critically analyzing collected data
• Continuously updating projects and facilitators status as per the plan]
• Assist projects on report reparation
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of projects work in terms of time, quality and cost
• Converge information for Decision makers
• Initiate & or develop KPI
• Prepare Project periodic report to HO Planning & monitoring dep’t
