Operation Department Manager

Job Requirement 

Responsibilities:

• Make Credit decisions within assigned authority
• Initiate process improvement & quality reviews to simplify & improve productivity
• Accountable for the entire granting process, Periodic credit review & assessment of credit worthiness
• Introduce new saving and loan products & promote through regular visits & Communication with members
• Manage Operations & Productivity of credit life insurance Resolve Credit issues with Customers
• Develop Management reporting
• Supervise & Coordinate credit & Insurance teams

Education Qualification and Work Experience Required

Bachelor’s Degree/Masters in Coop .Mgt ,Business Management ,Coop –accounting ,Coop –marketing, Leadership ,Development Mgt and related field and also 8/6 work experience respectively. out of this experience ,2 years direct work experience as…
