Job Requirement

Education & Experience፡BA Degree in Sales and Marketing ,Business Administration ,Management ,Accounting ,Banking & Finance ,Economics plus minimum of 8 years of relevant banking experience of which 3 years in a supervisory position

Job Summary

The job holder is responsible for managing , Directing ,Supervising and evaluating the contact center workflow.

S/he oversees the training of new personnel and ensures professional relations exist with customers and reporting and informational needs are met.
