Education:BSC in Civil Engineering/Construction Technology  Management/Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related fields (Degree /Diploma in Management or related fields is an added advantage )

Experience:3 years as  Head Building Administration & Maintenance Section or Head,Lease Management Section or Equivalent or 13 years relevant experience in the banking industry or 2 years as  Head Building Administration and Maintenance Division or equivalent or 14 years relevant experience.
