Experience: Minimum 6 years relevant experience out of which three years on supervisory /Senior position.

Remark:The candidate needs to have a skill of Computer literacy (Word,excel ,power point ,data base etc) HR functions namely HR planning ,Employment Law ,HR Policies & Procedures,Recruitment ,Training & Development .Employee relation ,Benefits Administration,Performance ,Disciplinary Procedure,Communication,Contract Negotiation & Leadership skill .
