Job Summary: The HR Admin Manager is responsible for Implementing of the HR Strategy and initiatives aligned with the overall organization strategy ,also responsible for planning ,Organization Strategy also responsible for planning ,Organizing leadership controlling HR & Admin activities of the company.

Qualification & Experience       

• MA/BA Degree in Human Resource Management
• 10/12 Years of relevant working experience out of which 5/6 years’ experience in managerial position
• Knowledgeable of relevant Computer System and Software such as MS Office applications

Technical Skills

• Excellent Knowledge of Ethiopian Labor law
• Excellent planning ,Organizing analytical & Decision making skills
